Snap a few pictures of your teeth so our dental team can get a complete picture of the state of your smile.

Once your impressions are complete, simply drop the box in the mail.

Treatment Plan
After we receive your impressions, our dental staff will create before and after 3D images showing your customized treatment plan, designed just for your smile’s unique needs.
