We will refund your entire impression kit fee if our licensed dental professionals determine that
you are not a good candidate for our Truly Invisible Aligners™ treatment plan.
Sorry, but due to health and safety reasons, other than for the above reason, all impression kits
are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Truly Invisible Aligners™
We know that once you are on your way to your brilliant, new smile, you’ll be very happy with
the changes you see. Upon receiving your Aligners, please make sure they fit properly, or call us
if you need help. SnapCorrect guarantees that the Aligners will perform as promised and be
free of substantive defects in material and workmanship. If you believe there is a defect in your
aligners, please contact us and we will do our best to make you smile again.
Please follow these easy steps for returns:
In certain cases, we may ship additional items for supplemental impressions; for these we will
send you free return shipping labels. Our customer service team will provide instructions for
the process. Please do not return anything to SnapCorrect without proper authorization from
us, or your shipment and items may be lost or delayed.
For authorized returns, after we receive your return, we will initiate the replacement or refund
process. Once your refund has been issued, we will send you an email letting you know to look
for your refund on your credit card statement. Processing time will vary depending on the
original payment plan chosen. It typically takes about 10 business days for the refund to show
up on your credit card statement.
