At SnapCorrect™ we love our customers. Our desire is to have happy, smiling customers. All the time. Guaranteed. We understand that taking the first step towards a new smile can be a little intimidating. That is why we take the worry out with our no-risk guarantee. We will refund your entire impression kit fee if our affiliated licensed dental professional determines that you are not a good candidate for our Truly Invisible Aligners™ treatment plan. That is our Truly Happy Smile Guarantee™.

Truly Invisible Aligners™

We know that once you are on your way to your brilliant, new smile, you’ll be very happy with the changes you see. However, if for some reason you decide that the treatment plan isn’t for you, you may cancel the treatment process. You can return any unused aligners in their sealed bags. We will refund you the balance of your purchase price, based on the total purchase price minus the used aligners. You only have to pay for any shipping charges when returning your unused Truly Invisible Aligners™.

Return Process

Please follow these easy steps for returning your purchase:

Before making your return, please email us at WeLoveOurCustomers@SnapCorrect.com.
We will issue you a Return Authorization Number. This will speed up your refund.
Please put a note inside your return box with your name and the authorization number.
Any unused aligners must be in their original sealed package.
Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories.
Ship to: SnapCorrect, Attn: Returns, 1111 NE 95th St, Vancouver, WA 98665
Please send your shipment using a tracking option such as FedEx, UPS or USPS with tracking service.

Obtaining Refunds

After we receive your return, we will initiate the refund process. Once your refund has been issued, we will send you an email letting you know to look for your refund on your credit card statement. Processing time will vary depending on the original payment plan chosen. It typically takes about 10 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Defective Items

If you received a defective product and you need a new one, please call our customer care team at (360) 244-4140. They will help you with a speedy exchange.
